Slice and dice with razor-like precision. The Kraja's smaller size and unique curve makes it perfect for tasks where speed and accuracy is required. Debone, trim, peel or just slice effortlessly.
With a robust 5mm thick blade and military grade construction, the Kraja is perfect to take with you anywhere, whether it be a picnic, camping, hunting or hiking.
Hand-forged from high-carbon steel at 780°, this ancient smithing technique ensures incredible durability and everlasting sharpness. And its perfect shape, balance and weight makes slicing through meat a breeze. Be the king of the BBQ.

This knife is the s#@t! Sharp as hell and cuts through smoked pig like it's nothing. Love having this trusty tool with me!
I don’t rate, but I am on this purchase. Great quality, looks, and sharpness. I bought a second one to give as a gift to my knife swapping buddy. I use it on all of my Briskets, Ribs, Veggies, and for use in cleaning/skinning of my wild game. Buy it, you’ll be happy with it and all of its abilities.
The knives are incredible and their service and att to detail is second to none. Great product and company
First, I am a fan of this whole series of knives. They are fantastic, well-balanced, and so sharp. The Kraja is no exception. It’s actually quite a bit thicker than my original Almasi Chef’s Knife. You can’t go wrong with this product! My ONLY critique is that this is the smallest in the series. As someone that loves to cook and entertain for family and friends, I would love to see a couple smaller, lighter blades for paring and more delicate or agile applications. Make no mistake, it’s not a complaint, just a suggestion!
Very sharp and very beautiful knife.
I actually bought all three knives. The Serbian's chef knife, the Kraja, and the Dazai. I love all 3. Thank you so much Almasi!
