    I was amazed of the craftsmanship and balance of this BEAST of a chopper! It can cut, slice, dice, as well as chop wood if needed! I think the sheath is garbage but I’m getting a proper one made to let this beast rest in. Why such a shitty sheath for such an awesome clever??? Sorry not sorry. But for the clever it self...5star plus 1!! And Bottom line that’s what we are truly rating here.

    The Chef's knife has a nice weight and comfortable to hold. I does slice, chop almost anything. The only negative thing I have found is I'm getting rust spots if I is not completely dry. I don't understand why this is happening and not happy about it. I feel for the price I paid I should not have this problem

    Hi Martha, thanks for your review, we're so glad you love it! We spent a lot of time getting the weight and handle shape just right :) A little bit of rust on the blade is normal as it is made from high-carbon steel. However, to prevent this happening we recommend applying a light coating of cooking oil to the blade when not in use. Also be sure to dry it thoroughly after washing. Over time, the blade will form a natural patina that protects it from rust and keeps it lasting for years to come. Thanks again and happy slicing!

    Very happy with it

    Excellent product at a great price. Perfect for chopping veggies and meat. I haven't tried chopping larger bones, but did use it for separating pulled pork with smaller bones and it had no issues. I don't see why it wouldn't be fine for larger bones too. Great product.
