United StatesFirst, I am a fan of this whole series of knives. They are fantastic, well-balanced, and so sharp. The Kraja is no exception. It’s actually quite a bit thicker than my original Almasi Chef’s Knife. You can’t go wrong with this product! My ONLY critique is that this is the smallest in the series. As someone that loves to cook and entertain for family and friends, I would love to see a couple smaller, lighter blades for paring and more delicate or agile applications. Make no mistake, it’s not a complaint, just a suggestion!

United StatesVery nicely made. I was not disappointed when I received it. Heavy and strong. Probably one of the sharpest knives I have ever used. I cut up some raw meat for beef jerky and it was like butter. Now I can get those thin slices that I like. Thank you
